hey i type in repo under parts on a truck and the option for it isn't comeing up for me any idea how to fix this?
RLS Career Overhaul v2.5.4. I bought a business, got a job, and did some minor modifications, but how can I check the results? What should I do next?
You have to go to the track and do it yourself. When you have jobs assigned to a tech they will do it themselves. FYI if you have the old versions of the Automation and Nürburgring RLS add on maps it will conflict and won't register the times. The latest updates for those maps resolve the problem.
Could you go into a little more detail? I have the rls_career_overhaul version_2.5.4.zip and nothing else. I put the car on the lift and got in. And where to go? on the west_coast_usa map?. I took another drag racing job. I arrived at the start and nothing happens. I made a start. nothing has changed. And then I understand that you need to go to some kind of track? PS. oh yeah. Drag racing worked out. Now to figure out where to go for a short track.
Hi, i currently get the error "BeamNG 0.37.6.0 0xC0000374 STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION" and the game crashes then... What could it be? While in the Career
Short track should be a right at the bottom of the hill of the start/finish straight. Long track is a left.
A lot of us were getting that on the previous couple of RLS releases, usually due to police chases. Turning off police sorted that. As far as I know though that issue is fixed in the latest public release (2.5.4).
I Downloaded the mod today... But after Creating another new save (was only an hour in) it did not happen again
"BeamNG 0.37.6.0 0xC0000374 STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION" it happened for me today after 2-3 hours of playing with the latest public release (2.5.4) so no. The issue is not fixed yet. And of course after the crash, the game updated itself to the latest 0.38 version and the RLS mod is completely unplayable. You cant continue ur save and cant start a new one...
Yeah, the public version isn't compatible with the new beamNG update. This happened with 0.37, the update coming bare days after a public RLS release so we were SOL until the next public beta. Just unfortunate timing.
so can we revert update or nah? Just start playing rls career 2 days ago. I dont really need the new update everything was fine for me. I can't play now , that not fun
If you are on steam probably not. For some reason they hate the idea of rollbacks. The RLS team are pretty on the ball and they'll have a hotfix out as soon as they can. You might just have to wait a couple of days until they iron out the bugs. Reading through the changelogs there has been a few major changes to career mode, mostly with insurance and marketplace, so you'll have to bear with them for now.
I've seen ppl playing and buyin their forst car at Joe's Junk and there are a bunch of wrecked rusty cars for cheap. But for me there are only pristine brand new wehicles are available for like 8-25 grand. Am i missing something?

Not sure why you've quoted 2 random posts. But this mod gets broken every major update, they are aware and its just a case of waiting till they have a new version.
Can someone explain why i CANT control the REPO beds? The controls are set, the buttons are not binded to anything else but i still cant control the bed. Cant tilt cant extend cant do anything. Even if i stand next to the bed and try control it with the mouse via click it does NOT do anything.
