I love the update the limo is great, overall, it is amazing, but one thing that bother me is that when I go to vehicle config or menu is pauses. I don't know if I can disable it, if not can you add an option to disable it.
I already posted this bug but I think I worded it a little vaguely so when you use the year filter as an example only cars before 1971 it will filter out all cars produced after 1971 but it will even filter out cars which production started before 1971 but ended after.
no they wont --- Post updated --- Follow theses steps to find your old mods 1. Open the launcher 2. Manage user folder 3. Manage backups 4. all of your mods wil be there but I don't know how to get your costom configs back but if you want cool costom configs that use only vanilla parts download the fall gem pack now where is my 10k
Look at the numbers I circled in red. Fuel consumption drops by a factor of 4 at the same engine output.
https://www.beamng.com/threads/user-folder-and-migration-changes.106418/ Spoiler: Windows or press Win+R (win = windows key) and type, %localappdata%\BeamNG.drive\0.36\ or %localappdata%\BeamNG\BeamNG.drive\current\ and it will open windows explorer to it. Spoiler: Linux For Linux terminal commands are, cd "$HOME/.local/share/BeamNG.drive/0.36/" or cd "$HOME/.local/share/BeamNG/BeamNG.drive/current/" then to open in file manager from terminal, xdg-open . or simply just use the File Manager then comes with said Linux distro to that location. $HOME is just you home folder etc, may need to press ctrl+h to show hidden folders/files etc.
The 15-inch Bruckell Styler hubcaps have a not-so-great PBR texture that distractingly flickers when you drive
Brake discs in custom configured vehicles don't have textures. I tried Safe Mode and Clear Cache, but it didn't help.
I really liked the updated VIP delivery mission! I think there should be more missions like this, where there's a speed limit you must follow and not exceed certain G-forces. I often really like to just cruise around Italy, following the speed limit and traffic rules, so that mission with those restrictions was really up my valley A similar taxi mission with randomly generated routes perhaps? Also being able to remove the navigation arrows on the ground really improved the immersion for this type of driving
I totally get that mods are important to many people for a lot of reasons, but I don’t see how anyone can criticise the devs for updating a game that’s in alpha/early access for the sake of those mods, especially when they seem to put a lot of effort into working with modders to mitigate potential problems. It’s like complaining because you’re trying to decorate your house whilst they’re still building it. Raise the problems with the mod devs. Chances are they’re already looking into it.
Hello devs, please add an option to have all messages in console log related to paints shut up. Thanks.
0.37 seems to no longer detect controllers through Steam Input Translation, at least on Linux. The controller lights up, but simply does not show up in BeamNG, not even on the hardware tab. Native controller support is not an option for me, because it does not support gyro.
I think I´ve found what causes the PAUSE issue...when I run BeamMP I get that annoying PAUSE thingy...and when I run the game not through BeamMP but the MOD still LOADED and ACTIVE the issue prevails. Solution: DELETE BeamMP MOD and RESTART the GAME or DELETE the MOD and do CTRL+L to refresh (it gives a LUA error but works) YEEEAAAHH btw: I am now able to run the game through NVIDIA app with Smooth Motion ON without any issues but still not getting NVIDIA OPTIMIZATION available.
Whenever I download a mod on the forums now. I can't get it to show up in the game. I tried to download Agent Y's Oldsmobile mod and it wouldn't show up in the game.
Exactly why I don’t care when someone says “there’s a mod for that already”. If it’s not dev supplied, I don’t look at it as a permanent fixture of the game. I enjoy a handful of mods and the mod community adds a lot to the game, but it’s not a fraction of the importance of the actual development of the base game edit: Big congrats to Beam for breaking its record for peak players at 32,320
Am I the only one who started experiencing terrible performance when rendering trees using Vulkan? Like, I can run West Coast USA at 60 fps stably, but can't get past 35 fps in Jungle Rock Island or that straight line segment in the Automation Test Track race track. I found the main culprit to be the trees because hiding them in the world editor made things feel normal again.
