Yep, all things I noticed too
(Through in the real world small oddities rise too, the trunks and racks could be a Bruckell thing)

 

One thing I've noticed with this car is that unlike in other cars, the horn sound is not customisable at all.

Normally, the "Horn Left" and "Horn Right" accessories would just be decorative, with a third "Horn" slot determining what it's supposed to sound like.
Though with the Gavril Nine, the sound is tied directly to the left and right horns, and the sound itself is not customisable at all.

I'm not certain – was this was a mistake or an intentional choice?

 

I don't think it is a mistake, this old type of horn sounds quite unlike any other, newer horn because of its different design. On newer cars, the actual horn is not visible and can be changed, but a different sounding horn on the Nine would probably require a different 3D model of the actual horn because it is mounted visibly.

if there was a different horn option that looked like a modern car horn and allowed us to change between the different styles

 

What if there was a mod that added the T-Series's air horns to the Nine, and/or vice versa?

 

@Poirot Yeah, that is fair – probably was intentional then, I suppose.

Though while those modelled vintage horns do have that particular sound, it could be argued that other more modern horns could also reasonably be mounted somewhere on the chassis/undercarriage where they wouldn't be regularly visible (without necessarily the need for a model like on other cars), so personally I do think it would be nice if they were to add the "Horn" slot to the Nine after all, just for those that'd appreciate the choice.

But, that is just me.

 

Yeah, I've suggested that a long time ago here. I would really appreciate if all vehicles had a dedicated horn slot. SG's parts pack has an option for a "central" horn in the grille frame. It even has a model, that's pretty cool. And yes, I have mounted the semi air horn to it, when I also shoved a Belasco diesel from a truck under the hood.
