Poland has a lot of Trabant fans as well. I am one. But to be fair, I rather drive my FIAT Uno. It is capable of keeping up with traffic on a motorway. Trabi cannot.
Dont Bully trabi just dont look at the speedo and it can keep up great. Jokes aside he drove one from Budapest to Breda (NL) so you just need some speed and power
i cannot wait to import a trabant to the usa or buy one thats already here im hoping i can find a blue sedan in all honesty
What importing trabi would be impossible and then the parts sorry you can't importing one to the Netherlands is already impossible and then to usa
I mean, people have imported Ladas and other rare vehicles into the states, so it's definitely possible.
it is very possible to import them to the usa over here as long as a vehicle is over 25 years old it no longer needs to meet any safety or emissions standards
I have realized that this means that a car produced in 2000 or before can now be classified as an antique, at least here in NH
i have realised that before and i still do not like it my geo prizm should not qualify for historic vehicle plates
If it still exist that is noteworthy to say at least. No one took care of a Geo. There is so many cars that just went away. Not because they were bad, but because they were unremarkable. I'm guessing it is because of the two stroke engine. In Poland you are prohibited from importing and registering any car with a 2-stroke engine. Unless it already has "Historic vehicle" papers.
