im sorry this is just way to powerful and would destroy CEEPs balancing (once i4's are added this may become a thing)
Been a while since the last progress update so here we go I worked on the 4WD train for the nine, which is now snowballing into a whole GAZ-M1 inspired model line up still working things out but the 4WD and some new body panels are finished next will be appropriate rims, metric gauges and badges And i realize i haven't shown much of the V8 remake progress here, lemme make it up with the remaining amount of images im allowed to embed lel
Alright, this is cool. Though, will it be under a brand like TAZ, or will it be its' own unique brand?
You read my goddamn mind. I was WONDERING if someone was going to make a GAZ-inspired mod to the Bruckell Nine. Looks amazing so far, and am eagerly looking forward to it!
random question, by any chance was the slide carburetor intake inspired by Thunderhead289 on YT and his lawnmower carb setups?
for the burnside special, is it possible in the future to add cut quarter panels for things like old school street rods or gassers?
i wanted to do that but they kept the inner fenders as part of the bodies instead of having them selectable with the fenders, which makes doing this kinda annoying i still might at some point but i'll have to think of a good way of not cluttering up the selector, maybe something like a custom body slot that has more panels changeable but thats gonna take quite some effort separating all the jbeam i'll never be spared of that engine will i? lmao well most likely no, but we'll see if i ever get to v12 engines
I made a post about this a while ago but figured I would make another. Would you plan on making a customizable transmission? Like being able to make it either a manual or auto, how many gears it has, the ratios for each gear, modifiable torque converter and so on?
haiia, been a month so here comes another progerss update :3 some New info on the russian built nine, built by MZKZ which is the abbreviation for (Red Star Motor Plant) after production of the nine ended in 1934 its blueprints were sold off to the soviet union who began building their very own nine based passenger vehicle. The MZKZ-91 Changes remained minimal with the biggest update being a redesigned front end, and later experimental 4wd drive train. Production started one year after in 1935 and officially ended in 1942, however select trims were built until 1948. The trim naming scheme goes as follows. 91 as in the vehicle model > 24 or 44 based on drive train layout > 4,6, 8 based on cylinder count > unique trims may end with a letter. for example 91-244 would be the base 2wd 4 cylinder trim level whilst 91-446P would be the 4wd 6 cylinder trim with pickup chassis. Otherwise i've progressed quite bit with it now, tho i still got a lot to do. I've resigned the grille since the last progress update, added badges, added sedan body with a leatherette top and added the new artillery rims (more on that below) The Artillery rims will be available in regular 17' and 16' sizes but also custom 15' and maybe more custom sizes, still working on adding them in (they're customizable with hubcaps, trim rings and all 3 colorable paint layers) im also finally adding support for the Flathead i4, and will be updating all existing Flatheads with the mesh the devs added to keep them all more consistent with each other and at last, Decals! from now on you'll see a lot more brand and displacement decals on the new engines giving them just that bit more character edit: i didn't even realize until now, we actually hit 1000 sales on ko-fi which is just insane genuinely thank you all so much for the support on this project, it means a hell of a lot to me and keeps me motivated as well haha
Woo! Really excited for the MZKZ, but which models were made till almost the 50s??? --- Post updated --- Also I assume there will be a Soviet secret police config? I remember reading about the "Raven" on Beamcord
still gotta work that out for the most part, for now the one config that was built that long is the 4wd military personal carrier, since that would've served throughout WW2 and yea more so secret service (NKVD) --- Post updated --- i thought i responded? anyhow i'll likely do it at one point as long as i don't run into any issues with it, just not sure when
Yeah, it frankly doesn't make any sense to have any others built that long. --- Post updated --- Oh and one thing I would suggest is worn interiors for the Nine and the Burnside, maybe a dirty and rusty livery for the Nine.
