SOLVED Overwritten files

I have 2 issues with the game. One being that I can't use the drag strip unless I do the event and two being that I can't patrol as a cop because no AI cars flee from me and so I launched the game in safe mode and both worked just fine and so I have removed all my mods but the problems still exist and when I list possibly broken mods it says "files modded by you & incorrectly installed mods" and says that 204 files have been overwritten and I haven't modded any files and so I'm trying to figure out what to do because overwriting files is against the reop guidelines and 204 overwritten files seems like a lot

maybe try to reinstall beamng

 

I just did an un-install and re-install but that didn't work

 

I ended up doing a clean install and I have no issues now
