No it is not and I agree with your notice. But this is clearly an exception since we're talking about history and not the BeamNG lore. And since the Classic variant's source of inspiration is the Willy's Jeep and this is implied in its description ("A tribute to a classic military vehicle", and everyone knows what that vehicle is called and where it comes from), then yes, it most definitely is canon for the Hopper and a wrong canon at that.
Correct I haven't been to that map in a while! I was being sarcastic (and wrong lol), but you're correct, even I forgot it's a Japanese vehicle and not American. I think the explanation is that the platform was so efficient every country made one, but I wouldn't mind something closer to the original Land Cruiser if it was remastered
Its so weird that there are many vehicles eluded too in descriptions or in Johnson Valley that we cant drive. What was this classic military vehicle? Was it Japanese? What other cars cant we drive but are referenced?
it could also be a tribute to something like the toyota BJ or mitsubishi jeep, which were manufactured mainly for the korean war.
Has anyone noticed how even and clear the shadows are in the last two teasers? Or is this just a pre-render?
Looks like a hook on a truck connected to the LeGran’s trailer hitch to straighten a bent frame (even though it’s unit frame construction)
l would argue unibody is a type of frame, we just don’t say “unibody frame” I’m trying to figure out what it’s attached to. It’s a pretty beefy T-shaped mount on whatever it is. I’m so lost
