Is there any mod for more optimized traffic

Hello i have really old cpu and gpu but i have a question can i spawn more than 10+ cars with my old pc
so i get 35fps in ultra settings (italy map) my pc is bad and i need to drive with traffic can i spawn more cars with mod or something?
i have i5 2400 cpu btw

 

Just have to ask, are you already using the simplified traffic vehicle option?

 

zeit's graphic manager + CK's graphics mod
set everything to lowest and you'll probably get some more FPS

There’s a checkbox in the gameplay options menu. The same place where you limit the number of AI cars, there’s an option to use “simplified” traffic vehicles. It does just that: simplifies the jbeam of the AI vehicles and so they’re less system-demanding to run. Their crash models just won’t be as detailed but it’s worth it to try if you haven’t already

 

so i downloanded agent traffic mod it automaticly spawns low detailed car mods more optimized now thanks for helps.
