Same for me. Don't know about the money, but all cars and parts are gone. I still had my garage in Italy, don't know about the others yet.
Is it a Beam thing or this mod now, that when you play as a cop and are in a chase, your AI colleagues tend to completely ignore you and wreck your (cop)car constantly? It's becoming a bit annoying that playing as a cop is more a expensive hobby than a job now, so to say.
@lucfleclerc I read that this is intentional, as the removed cars/parts aren't compatible with the new update (yet). So it deletes those & pays you the money for it. Also I just found a funny pro-tip! I remove the bumpers on my early game delivery cars, so I can take shortcuts over gutters and the offroad sections. So I'm driving around with no bumpers & hence, no number plates. I speed through one of the traffic lights & get flashed, BUT the UI in the top says, "No license plate, fine could not be issued" GG traffic lights, I wasn't even trying.
try and find your car in the normal beamng carrer mode, buy it and look in tha parts to see if there is a over priced part
There seems to be a bug where, if you’re caught speeding and the police stops you, after they fine you, your car isn’t able to move. You can start the car and turn the wheel but the pedals don’t work. Anyone else getting this issue?
Even after a few seconds for me it doesn't work. I have to call a tow for my car every time, and then take a taxi back to my garage. Unless I'm missing something or I'm being stupid, maybe I pressed accelerate before I was allowed to move off and that caused the car to get stuck? Edit: I checked what happens, the police officer fines you, and tells you to drive away after a few seconds. I waited until he said I could drive away but I could not move, even though ignition was on and parking brake was not activated. The 'you can now drive away' message does not disappear.
is it normal for almost no mod cars to have cargo boxes that actually register? ive tried 3 mod vehicles and you CAN load boxes into them, but only one of them showed them. the other two cars just say no cargo boxes are found despite there being boxes in the car
found the culprit be some price values with decimals in the jbeams been treated as whole numbers quickly adding to the final price --- Post updated --- the way cargo boxes work in freemode is way different than in career mode, it have to be jbeamed with compatibility or else only the boxes will show but no cargo capacity... i've learned the hard way so now when i make a mod i make sure that cargo is compatible with both career mode and freeroam. what mods did you use?
Hello, i love this Mod. Especially the integration of the italy map. But is it planned to add something in Citta Vecchia? Its my favorite Village of the Italy Map but there are no delivery points. You can't even find passengers for the the taxi mode. I'd love to see a place there for parcels and maybe even trailers. Thanks for your work
I'm completely unable to go back to WCUSA from Italy. I'm going to the airport to the correct place and there isn't a prompt. Is this just me?? edit: nevermind it fixed itself outta nowhere
I have a vehicle I've spent a lot of money on that I can no longer spawn. It always spawns damaged no matter what. I've even tried setting it as favorite and calling it in a remote area, it's just permanently damaged. Is there somewhere I can submit my save file to be looked at?
Whats the file called and what version? I know some damage files can get into the 1-2MB area but 300 is crazy and i don't see that
beamng.3.log was 279,327 KB in my other testing with no mods & just RLS, beamng.log that time was 300+ megabytes. With vanilla career, bought a car, did beginner missions, the files are maximum 2-3 megabytes as you said. EDIT: I'm on the newst RLS from Patreon beta (2.4) & the current BeamNG on steam.
i downloaded the italy file from github, but there aint no connection, even when i started a new profile. yes, i put it in the mod folder
New update out today! (yesterday) Addresses several bugs and speeds some systems up IMPORTANT! (Especially for map modders): The levels folder will be cleared and moved to temp. Toggle "Map Dev Mode" in the career overhaul manager if you wish to not have this happen.
