Re: General discussion chat That moment when you realise your fly is undone, and yet you are stood infront of a person and attempting to do it back up would draw attention directly to it
Re: General discussion chat It has a turbo, therefore its wrong as a ferrari. Ferraris should be au naturelle
Re: General discussion chat (imported from here) (jk, windows vista was unoptimised, but it was a really good concept, i personally loved vista)
Re: General discussion chat The F40 has turbos and that's probably the most famous Ferrari ever. I don't see the problem.
Re: General discussion chat Guys, which is better? G27 or TX Racing Wheel Ferrari 458 Edition with T3PA pedals and TH8A shifter? Please give reasoning.
Re: General discussion chat On the TX I hear the FFB is quieter, stronger, and more accurate (no dead zone in the center). The price and tacky Ferrari badging was enough that I didn't consider it. And its going to be more expensive if you are buying other pedals and a shifter.
Re: General discussion chat does anyone know how many MM's the samsung hm321hi is? would like to know so i know what size a new hdd for my siblings laptop would be (as 320GB isn't exactly enough)
Re: General discussion chat money is no object to pf, so the cost won't matter. when you have access to your parents' money, you can get whatever ya want.
Re: General discussion chat My poor old ISP provided b/g 2.4ghz single antenna router seems to be struggling to function with the amount of devices in our home 200ms ping to other stuff in the house, I think simply because there are 10+ wireless devices all connected to a single G antenna trying to fight for bandwidth. Hooking up to ethernet, just fine. Going to dig out my old router, set it up as a plain old wireless access point. Manually set the channel on the 2 routers to be different (no neighbours to conflict with either so I can choose any channel I like ) and turn off the SSID on the 2nd one. Manually connect my devices to the 2nd router. No longer sharing wireless bandwidth with everyone else I suppose we could buy a fancy dual band mimo setup, but that costs money (we do have a few dual band devices though), besides, I want the best ping (also due to the way most modems prioritise traffic, generally the local device with lowest ping (which should be mine) gets first dibs on actual internet bandwidth too).
Re: General discussion chat Have you considered updating to a wireless N grade router, or even a wireless AC router. N grade routers are not hugely pricy at the moment and are considerably quicker than wireless G grade routers. While that may not help with the number of connected devices its would serve as a decent main router or access point depending on how you order them and increase bandwidth and range while reducing latency.
Re: General discussion chat So, it just occurred to me that since, as of the new update, wheels can float, we can technically build boats now. If I'm not wrong, that's a heck of a well-hidden feature update.
