Bug when I launch the game

    Hello hello,
    I'm really feard to post a thread here but I really need to do it! Everytime I launch the game, the pop-up who ask wich version of the game I want to use appeared and when I choose any of the version, there's a window all black with the cross to stop the game, the bar etc, and, just after, the game crash! I made an integrity test and it says that there's a missing file, it gave me a note but I don't know if you need it! I also reinstalled the game but nothing changed it says error BeamNG 0.36.3.0 0x00000001 ! The video shows the bug!

    Have you tried safe mode? (Launcher > Support tools > Safe mode)

    Yes I also tried safe mod but it didn't work either!! The integrity test also says that a file is missing!!

    Does it say what file is missing? Also, take a look at the log files after the game crashes, and look for any errors. The log files can be found in your user folder (Launcher > Manage User Folder > Open user folder), in the 0.36 folder, and have a name like "beamng.log".

    The note that is linked to this message is the note that the integrity test gave me after I made it, when it says that a file is missing! I don't know if that can help you but I hope so!

    I also have notes named "beamng.1, to 3, beamng, beamng-dxDiag, beamng-launcher1 to 3 and beamng launcher

    I've seen this before, the missing "none.json" file. I haven't had it happen to me, but I've seen other people experience it. Try launching the game straight from the executable file. In your case, run this file: Z:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive\Bin64\BeamNG.drive.x64.exe

    So, I tried but but it says that the game has stopped working and crashed again! Also, do you know if the support team works on weekend because I made a ticket yesterday but I still don't have a response!

    I can't remember exactly what happened, but I think manually adding the file caused some other issue, but I'm not sure.

    I'm pretty sure they don't work weekends. Here's something else you can try:
    - Create a backup of your user folder (Launcher > Manage User Folder > Open user folder, then copy and paste the 0.36 folder somewhere on your PC)
    - Delete the 0.36 folder
    - Uninstall the game using Steam, then manually delete the BeamNG.drive folder located at Z:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive
    - Clear Steam's download cache
    - Reinstall BeamNG.drive

    I'll try too!! Just a thing, why do I have to do a backup of the user folder of the 0.36, I didn't even played on it!!

    I only mention that in case you had some mods, vehicle configurations, screenshots, etc. But if you don't have anything you want to keep, then you don't need to do a backup.

    In that case, there's not much more I can suggest. Best bet would be to wait for a response from the support team.
