Update Speculation thread

It's from the MD Series. The dashboard is a perfect match.

 

Ah! Then the expansion of MD series is very promising.

 

Maybe a minibus/schooolbus config for the MD-Series?
Otherwise, for the motorway, it could be a sort of "multilevel highway"
(even if I hope for a south city expansion (longer ocean border avenue, residential area on the hills, etc..))

 

I do hope that eventually we will get a city center expansion one day, though.

As I've seen pointed out though, it looks like it has a flat nose, as you can't see the hood (and the windshield wiper is attached to a pole).
I've been thinking that it could be a flat nose, rear engine bus based on the MD Series platform.

(example of the type of bus I'm talking about)

 

I was thinking it could be just be a Bus update with parts from the MD Series? Like a parts bin for manufacturers.

 

could be a tow truck config but now i look deeper i realize its the front of the MD

 

i wonder if we ever get chameleon and or Flipflop paint

Yeah, but the hoodline and wipers aren't even similar.

 

MD-Series expansion it would seem. Can't say I am particularly interested as I haven't gotten much use, if any, out of the MD-Series since it came out but it'll probably just be one part of a bigger general content update. Honestly finding myself less excited on the vehicle front in Beam these days and more-so interested in map improvements and watching career mode grow

 

Just notcied that, I wonder if it's a bus or mail truck/step van. Whatever it is it's 100% Gavril

 

55 days, from the 0.35 release day to this day included. Makes sense as this is the time when main objectives of the upcoming update would be reaching closer the state of being near completion

the differing wipers, dash layout, and lack of hood visibility doesn't exclude the possibility of a schoolbus, it could be one of this style:


it could also be something like an armoured bank/riot truck

 

Fan on the dash says bus to me. But nothing is stopping them from doing an armored vehicle as well. Would make for a good escalation of force during police evasions as well
