Honestly the JTCC Pessima is one of my favorite race configs in game, I'd love some more 1980/1990's touring cars
Not the thread for it but they were intentionally a sales flop in the USA, GM was threatened by the idea of an Asia-pacific model selling well in the USA... despite it still being a GM product. Had Holden not been treated like the proverbial red headed step child by GM, it may still be here.
Yeah this definitely isn't the spot for this but this thread gets really off topic when there's nothing to speculate about. I really hate GM because they love to cancel a brand when they have a bad financial year, in fact it's a miracle for many that they didn't get rid of even more manufacturers from their lineup.
Is the next update is going to feature a new vehicle or is it going to be another remaster ? Usually the summer update is a new car , right ?
Yes, usually, we get a new car in summer - although more often, we tend to get a new vehicle (or vehicles, in the case of 0.27) after a remaster. Since 0.15, the updates have gone: -New Car (Piccolina) (0.15) (December 2018) -"Remasters" (H-Series/Roamer/Sunburst/800/Covet) (+eSBR) (0.16) (May 2019) -New Car (Bluebuck) (0.17) (August 2019) -Remasters (Grand Marshal + D/H/Roamer) (0.17.1 + 0.18) (August - December 2019) -New Car (FCV) (0.19) (April 2020) -Remaster (Roamer) (0.20) (August 2020) -Remaster (D-Series Part 2) (0.21) (December 2020) -New Car (Wendover) (+LeGran Remaster) (0.22) (March 2021) -New Car (Wigeon) (+Pigeon Remaster) (0.23) (June 2021) -Remasters ('96 Pessima + H-Series) (0.24) (December 2021) -New Car (Bastion) (+Bolide Remaster) (0.24.1) (December 2021) -New Car (Scintilla) (0.25) (June 2022) -Remaster (Covet) (0.26) (September 2022) -New Cars (SPs + Stambecco + Wydra + Autobuggy) (0.27) (December 2022) -Remasters (800/K) (0.28) (April 2023) -New Car (Lansdale) (0.29) (July 2023) -New Car (Aurata) (0.30) (September 2023) -Remaster (T-Series Part 1) (0.31) (December 2023) -Remasters (T-Series Part 2 + BX) (0.32) (April 2024) -New Car (MD-Series) (+T-Series Part 3) (0.33) (September 2024) -New Car (Nine) (0.34) (December 2024) -Remaster (Sunburst) (0.35) (April 2025) So, therefore, I think it's quite likely we'll be getting a new car in 0.36. What type of new car, though...I'm not sure. Considering the last new car was a pre-1980 vehicle, and the last time a pre-1980 passenger car (the Piccolina) was released, another pre-1980 passenger car was released two updates afterwards (the Bluebuck), we might get another classic car in 0.36.
Thank you for all those detailed informations ! But i feel like the next new car should be a new , modern one . Some modern D or H Series would be awesome and very welcome ( like a mix of newer Dodge Rams and Ford F150s for the D Series with all sort of configs based on real ones such as the fleet models with single cabs and short bed to some TRX / Raptor equivalent ) As for the H Series, a mix between a 2015+ Ford Transit / Mercedes Sprinter for the H Series , including some passenger , short and long wheelbases options , low and high roof , etc ... Some euro luxury sedan could be neat too . We also need a modern SUV too ! I feel like we have 3 modern vehicles in the game ( Scintilla , Aurata and the Cherrier FCV ) so new cars are more than welcome in my opinion ! --- Post updated --- Dont know but i really appreciate that he did cause i find this kind of information very useful as it can guide us in what the next update can be !
The first 3 would look really interesting in the I Series since it is inspired by those two cars above --- Post updated --- I think it's very likely that the next update will be a modern car --- Post updated --- I have a feeling that maybe those fuel doors can be interacted with in the next version and will be added to other cars as well.
TBH the more classic cars the better IMHO lol But if we get a new one, Seeing how china is very much getting scary good with there Evs, A Full EV with futuristic looks would be cool. WITHOUT a petrol version, Feels the Evs in the game are great, LEGIT, but it feels like those are last gen of the 2010s. not the 2020s ( aint nothing wrong with that ) BUT yeah, A another 1930s-1970s car would be great, I think we dont have a 1940s car,,,... i guess the mine being early 30s fills that void mostly, Dont have any classic brittish cars yet, BUT yeah,
I don't know if anyone else noticed this, but the moonhawk has updated '73-'75 taillights and the grille is finally see-through.
