Incorrect join date or thread creation date.

Today I was browsing trough the forums, when I saw that in the oldest "Utilities and Programming" section's thread something wasn't right.
The join date of the creator, Dummiesman is September 17th, 2013, but the creation date of the thread is August 28th, 2013, which is before Dummiesman even joined.

I'm not 100% sure, so take what I'm about to say with a grain of salt (can someone verify?), but IIRC it used to be possible to post something as a guest user and then later make an account from that. The old forums were replaced with the current one sometime in or around '21.
