You have no idea how much joy it brings me seeing a cargo door with no panel having a proper triggerbox on the inside for operating the door.
Here's something I forgot to show previously, I've adjusted some of the textures in the interior (again) added 3d speakers, added some bevels, changed some colors, added hood lever, added hazards glow etc. Its perfect now and I'm pretty sure I can deem the interior finished And this is the current state, im pretty sure i can deem the exterior of the base version finished. There probably will be no more major progress for a while, I'll be mainly fixing bugs now.
If you need sound samples for the sliding door, front doors or hood, lemme know. I just can't provide any for the rear doors, as I have a hatch.
Unbelieveably well made. You should be working at Beam NG Hedaquarters, prepare to move to Germany. My brother once had a T4, I borrowed it from him (it was the only time ever I borrowed a car from him) and one extreme snowfall later immediately a tree fell on it and it had to be repaired. I might buy this mod just to recereate the horrible experience in the Beam NG universe. With a much heavier tree. It's an interesting model, we haven't had vans in our game for a long time. I'm interested in whether the back door will be solid (which opens up) And what will be the front suspension, torsion bars?

I've actually took that into consideration few months ago, although after going deep into the real specs, realistically I would have to make a completely different chassis and different engine and that means also a different rear suspension which I'm pretty sure IRL is from the Porsche. Joining these + few other factors, It would take a really long time to make the config, which isn't a good idea right now. Although ngl I'd love to make that config lol, maybe somehow something after the release but it's very unlikely :C Ofc tailgate will exist as a part, it appears only in the passanger version which I haven't started yet, about front suspension, it's going to be a McPherson unless some tragedy will happen and I'll have to change the type lol Also smol devlog, everything's going great so far. I'm managing to fix like a bug or two every day and I got about 14 bugs left, (7 major ones which take more than few days to fix). If everything goes according to my plan (it probably won't lmao) at the end of June I should be done with all bugs, or be left with such minor ones that I can ignore and finally add interesting content, new configs and new quirks and features
