SOLVED Can't move object up or down

    I made a Group from in the map ETK Driver Experience Center and copied this water area thing.
    I copied the Group in the Gridmap v2.

    But it spawns all the way down here.
    But I can't seem to use the blue arrow to move it to the top. It teleports right back when I let go of the mouse. How can I fix this

    Bone head.. that is a decal. lol.
    just messing with you. Yeah those do not move along a Z axis unless "over Object" it ground raises it up
