Game closes when i start it every other day

So for like a 4 months now the games closes when i start it, ive tried everything reinstalling the game countless times, deleting all the mods still not working but for some reason it works in safe mode and i don't really understand why.
But now the last two weeks the game has been working every other day. Its the weirdest thing I've ever experience. It worked yesterday not today, didnt work the day before that but the day before that it worked and so on...
this is the error message "0xCFFFFFFF STATUS_APPLICATION_HANG"

 

It sounds like there might be an issue with your userfolder. Try moving it to another location on your PC, then launch the game, which will create a new userfolder. Then you can move anything you want to keep back to the new userfolder, such as configs, mods, etc.

 

seams like its working, will see tho other time when ive goten it to work its broken soon after
