I have a few folders, the multiplayer, the repo folder, the unpacked folder, and three automation mods I made, and one db file, don't know what it is. Am I supposed to move the file into the mods folder that i’ve opened already, or do I put it in the repo or unpacked folder? --- Post updated --- Found that exact same problem on the exact same wheels, found that you can switch to any other Avior wheel, and the texture bug would be fixed. It seems like the texture bug is only on the “16x6.5 ß Avior Front/Rear Wheels (Silver)” wheels, so if you change it to the Chrome-Silver one, you’ll be good to go. --- Post updated --- This silly car sounds like an American police car, except you’ll always be sitting in the interior no matter what.
Would like to suggest an config for this... James Mays "Rozzers" cop car config, since it's basically the car
Looks like a mod conflict with the official fading lights. Try the Bruckell Nine and see if it's lights work.
Absolutely incredible mod, Finn! It has quickly become my default car, I already have driven it for 3,400 miles. Cant wait for potential updates! i made a default config using some wheels from the Vela for that OEM+ touch. color is Wreath Emerald with Sagittarius Black lower trim, and 17x8 P Vela Satin Gold Wheels.
It is very beautifully modelled. That's for sure. Although I have some doubts about the driving aspect. Suspension seems too firm in both the standard and air-ride variants. There is almost no pitch under acceleration and braking and very little body roll. It feels like it generally uses very little of its suspension travel. This thing should sway like a boat. I recommend the motorweek review of ls400 for reference. I feel like the overall choppiness kind of breakes the immersion. It also has a tendency to snap oversteer occasionally on corner entry. I don't quite remember if it occures more due to abrupt automatic downshifts or system interventions. Probably the former. And there is also a matter of optimisation. I understand it is just more complexed and detailed than even the official cars but maybe sth can be done about that as well.
Hello! Ive been enjoying this mod so far. However, I wanted to use the car as a towing rig in my career save and i found out the tow hitch toggle doesnt work, so I cant hook up a trailer
In terms of handling, try out the new 1.0.3 update. It pretty much does to the suspension exactly what you've suggested. In terms of optimisation, over the process of making the mod, I've been making sure everything is as compressed as it can be without losing the detail I added, which just means that some textures are higher resolution than what official cars have. That might mean it's not quite as well optimised as official vehicles, but it also means that you get the detail I'd like you to get. --- Post updated --- The demo will be out pretty soon. I've got one prepared, I just need to iron out faults and make sure it doesn't rely on the paid version to work properly. --- Post updated --- Speaking of 1.0.3, it's out now. Please make sure to download it from your Gumroad library like you probably have been for previous updates. Here's the changelog; - Retuned Coilovers to make them softer. - Retuned anti-roll bars to work with new coilover tune - Adjusted air springs to match coilovers better and made the "Low" height lower down. - Fixed the transmission issue where slowing down gradually would make it jump from 4th gear to 1st and cause the rear wheels to lock up. - Adjusted the Radiator further so the car should no longer overheat at high speed. - Antenna functionality restored. - Added adjustable anti-roll bars. - Added an adjustable rear final drive. - Headlight shades moved into Avior headlight slot tree, to make sure they don't appear on the Theria despite not fitting. - The Theria's Japanese radio panel's buttons should now break correctly.
I think it would be nice to add a steering rear suspension to this mode. I'm not sure if it was in the actual vehicle or not, but I hope it's added!
Thank you for the banger update! Tho the suspension is still miles too stiff for a luxury land yatch innit? In my opinion, it should waft, and sway like a boat. I believe it's really difficult to acquire on airstruts since its character is rather bouncy. Try using hydros instead for the struts. You should try what I've managed to make using hydros as a suspension. Here let me upload it again.. Will you add a working electric folding mirror next? since the jdm toyota celsior has it.. Make the default value closed so that you have to open it up everytime you start the vehicle... Would be sick! Thanks! Edit: Added a type B aftermarket struts, and aftermarket stabilizers for a more german like handling
