you know while the redmine tracker is down, you could just pm the devs, instead of making many useless threads.

 

This isn't a beamng bug. Something's broke in the forums.
The thanks button is gone too.

 

That happens when you hit your thanks limit.

 

How many threads have you created in the past 2 days? Can we have a limit to how many threads someone can create in a given time span? This thread spamming for basically nonissues is really annoying. Yes, experimental is going to have problems, post your problems in the experimental thread. The sunburst is a WIP, its not going to be perfect, post your issues in the sunburst thread. Creating useless threads is just a waste of time and space for everybody. You should know this by now

 

Why do people here have such a hard time learning the dynamics of the thanks button?
When you thank too many people in a certain amount of time, it takes your button for a little while. Just sit tight and try not to panic, it'll be back before long.

While that does happen, that was not the reason. The plugin was disabled at the time of posting.

I don't think we really "worried" about him here. He was a pretty good forum member for the most part, just went on a bug-reporting rampage.

 

I didn't dislike him, I was just pointing that out for other people. I was fine with his posts until he started on the bug spamming thing, so how should I have worded it? "deal with him"? That's just even meaner. So respect to him and I said good run because it was and it's sad that someone can make a mistake like that. And I just did that because it seemed like a lot of people disliked him, not me personally.

He'll be back. Wouldn't be surprised if the devs decide he's learned his lesson and cut the ban a little short, as it is quite a serious one anyway.
You're banned from logging into your account, pretty much. You can log in, but you can't send/receive any messages or access the forums, to answer your question.

 

I think they were just tired of people saying WEN EED MORE UPDATEZ then 3 seconds later OMG SO BUGGY MY COMPUTER CRSHES EVERY 5 MILLISENCDONS. Slight exaggeration but you get the point.

 

He wasn't exactly complaining, he just felt the need to report every single little "bug" he found, even stuff that was just part of the Sunburst not being a finished vehicle. Very irritating.
He deserved some type of ban, but 3 months is a bit severe. Whatever. I'm not a mod.

 

What no one seems to understand is that when I posted this, tdev was disabling plugins while sortin out the malware. I noticed, and filed a bug report.

 

Well definitely not 3 months now lol
