asus b450 plus mobo
corsair 550w fully modular psu
corsair case fans
corsair 220t icue case

rest of the setup:
razer huntsman mini mech keyboard and razer mini gel wrist rest
razer deathadder white mouse
razer blackshark v2x white headphones
and dual full hd 1080p monitors one in the middle is curved 27 inch

i think i get about 70fps on high settings with traffic on WCUSA and no im not a razer fanboy

 

When you press CTRL+SHIFT+F, what does the game say is the bottleneck?
GPU? That could mean your GPU(obviously) or your RAM, or VRAM
CPU? That could mean there's some driver you need to install for your chipset, but also because that's a newer Intel chip, it could just mean you have a faulty CPU

 

I called Lenovo support and send it to as center, they say "Your CPU is defective. sorry. we can't fix this, just go ahead and buy new laptop." WTF I will never buy Lenovo again.

I have one with Ryzen 5 5500G and RTX 4060 (CPU has stock cooler) and 16 GB RAM what upgrade do you think I need and is it enough for BeamNG?

 

that should be more than enough

 

except 32 gb of ram would be better

yeah Devel6016 is correct , those hardware are underclocked BY MANUFACTURER so your computer wouldnt explode out of heat and they wouldnt have to put good cooling solution, and i guess 400 mods are a lil- too much

 

The GPU is more than enough, the Ram is at minimum spec, and the CPU is basically the same one I have. I would say RAM Or possibly the CPU.

 

Always remember , if laptop manufacturers cared about the customer they would put better cooling in the laptop instead of underclocking the whole laptop. thats why my laptop's cpu idles at 78C instead of 30C

 

oh no...that's the highest i've seen my cpu go
mine idles at around 37C

and also, it's actually Intel's fault for making defective CPUs, but Lenovo still sucks for not at least giving a replacement

 

I called once again to get a Compensation, they said "if you don't stop, We will legally report you for intimidation. we already said we can't fix this, and you will not get Compensation." HAHA WTF

 

i wonder if you can sue them for that kind of stuff...
then you'd get even more money

BSOD cuz of temperature

 

im an amd user rocking a 5600H and when i bought the laptop they added 8gb of more ram as a gift (8 to 16 gigabytes) and i think they reached the cpu too and didnt change the thermal paste so thats why its idling this high but idk its just hot

everyone!!! I got new custom PC!! its has Ryzen 7 9800X3D, RTX 4070 Ti SUPER, 64 GB RAM, 2TB SSD what you guys think? my problem solved

 

pretty sure you could have gotten a 7000 series cpu, any new product just has fancy ai marketing stuff on it
4070 ti is pretty dope, but beamng will still eat that thing alive (pls devs optimize the game better)
64 gb ram is way overkill, but would definitely futureproof your pc
2 tb ssd is probably overkill, but i don't really know what else you would on that pc
