What speed is the new RAM? Looking at the specs, your laptop uses 2666MHz. Also what's the configuration? 1x 32GB, 2x 16GB?

I'm not sure what could be causing the problem. Using 3200MHz when 2666MHz is supported should still work, since the new RAM will just run at the speed rated for the motherboard/CPU. What speed does task manager report the RAM to be running at? Maybe try swapping the memory back and then test the game (just to see if the RAM is actually the issue). Also, try just one 16GB stick if you can.

Already tried, played an hour with 11 traffic cars on WCUSA and didnt crash, i find it very hard for a mod to be the trouble but do you think that still could be the issue?
i have 125 activated mods (17.1GB in repo file) and these graphic settings, normal Voices for audio

You can try moving your userfolder to another spot on your computer and then run the game, which will create a new userfolder. You can add back anything you want to keep, but keep in mind that something you add back could cause the issue to reappear.

Maybe try safe mode again? If it works in safe mode then is almost guaranteed that there is a problem with the userfolder.
