Just put it in your mods folder, not your vehicles or repo folder.

Repo mods go into the repo folder, this is not a repo mod.

 

i just put mods in folders and it works

 

It's not like it can't work, it's that it can cause issues when they're not where they're supposed to be. Then people complain that something is broken & can't figure out why until they learn they put a mod somewhere it didn't belong...
