really nice mod, you should add a option so we can put vanilla siren or siren mod like the SoundOff Signal nERGY Siren, fd powercall siren, united kingdom siren etc. (tbh idk if you able to do that but it would be very cool)
Sorry for the bump Spotted I have UK sirens pre-sets that I can share with you if it ok with Jojos Also I'm still having to problem were AI cars will stay at the lights even if it amber or green
Hello, I'm not sure what could be wrong, you updated the mod in the repo manager (and restarted the game)? I have no issue with traffic on 3.5 I tried twice
I have updated it on beamng side and even redownloaded it from forums , the only way I can get AI to react to the lights is to deactivate the mod , spawn AI and then reactivate the mod Other that there no major issues it , minor issue that I don't mind dealing with
Mh I'm not sure what's up with it, I would need to test again on my side by downloading the zip from the repo to see
Hi, I have an issue where when I get into a chase and accelerate the game disables chase mode and automatically puts on vanilla siren, if i let go of gas it goes away. Any ideas? @jojos38
Hi, I am pretty sure I have bindings correct, they work, it's the thing, when i get into a chase the game automatically uses vanilla sirens over mine (switches to c3 not c2) and idk how to disable this.
Can you please add keybinds & buttons for left, right, scene and chase light modes, and also add a single keybind so it will switch through the lighting modes just like the lighting systems do inside the gavril D series (mainly cause im running out of keybinds)
While I think this is a really good idea I don't work on the mod anymore, if anyone is willing to do it and give me the code though I could push it
Its a issues caused by recent update which automatically turns on C3 when a vehicle is fleeing you , unknown if its a bug or a feature as it not in the changelogs to my knowledge
It's sad to see that the mod isnt being developed anymore, especially when I wanted someone to put the Toronto Police Siren on there haha. Guess not anymore.
There is a video and text tutorial on the page Text tutorial: First step open the sirenmod.zip file and go to presets, duplicate the .Default.json file and rename it to the name of your preset. For example: My Custom Preset.json Then, open the file you just create and modify the path of the sounds. Sounds are located in sirenmod.zip/art/sound/ So let's say you want to add duck.ogg sound, put the sound in sirenmod.zip/art/sound/mysound/duck.ogg and inside the preset json file you gonna put "sound": "mysound/duck.ogg". Note: wav sounds also work, I guess other sounds work but I don't have a list of compatible formats.
