SOLVED Repository says "Unable to connect to the mod repository. If this problem persists please read this"

    There is an issue with the repository where it is saying "Unable to connect to the mod repository. If this problem persists please read this." despite it working fine. I don't know if this is a bug or what the deal is, but it's giving me this message.
    Here is a picture showing what's happening:

    Yeah, it's a bug. Listed here. The message is basically "flipped" so that it shows up when the repository is working fine, but doesn't when there's a problem.
