Ya ever get into building games like besiege or trail makers or Minecraft, rc cars, real cars or something and enjoy building cool things and wanna join like a discord or got to a meetup or something to engage ina community of people who also share that interest only to find out that the people associated with it kinda suck or you share something youve worked hard on that you think is cool only for it to be completely crapped on by the " the ultra skilled Elites" of that community. Litterally been my experience with every hobby or game community and i think ive finally came to the conclusion that its best to stay a loner do them alone cause people suck.
Brick rigs ins't that bad in this regard (granted I'm good at the building part), but it has a HUGE reposting problem on the Steam Workshop. The most popular items are almost guaranteed to get reposted, and heck sometimes the repainted reposts get reposted!
At least with Stormworks you can tell when something is reposted, because it will just have the default image and no description
You can usually tell on BR, but its gotten a lil harder since you can just take Thumbnails in game now (which is still great for guys like me who couldn't before).
Normally the reposts on Stormworks are completely accidental, as people click the wrong button when spawning in their vehicle and then it gets reposted
