Different saturation on EU and US plate

As it says on the title, its just a little bug thats been bothering me since I've been tinkering with plate mods. European plates somehow made the colors more saturated meanwhile the US plate feels like it was just really bright compared to it.

Yes, I've tried it with safe mode and the issue presists. Im using my own mod so the difference is easy to spot on. These cars uses the same plate design:

Coincidentally, I have recently found the cause for this. It lies within the mesh itself and the material properties, as those are on different settings than the EU plate. I am currently working on a big plate size pack to bundle all of my sizes and I will also include a "fixed" US plate. It replaces the default material properties with that of the regular EU plates to remove the color difference, so it's compatible with all mods. It's an easy fix if you know how to do it (and have minimum three days to invest in getting this to work lol) and if you want to, I can give you the mod link when the mod releases (probably even this week)

 

Ah, I really hope they fix this bug even though its very minor and often overlooked, but its so minor that it really bothers me lol. And I am looking forward for your license plate mod to exactly address this bug until its fixed.

 

Bumping this thread, but somewhere in the 0.36 updates (hotfixes maybe), this issue has been fixed.
