AW T-Wagen ('90-'99) This car is primarily based on the VW T4 with my own edits and a mix of other vans. I have been working on the mod since April 6, 2024. Currently, there is no lore, and I'm not planning on creating one. Anyway though lets talk about the vehicle itself. Lets start with functions Physically movable buttons, Turnable ignition key, Odometer, Obviously, new mirrors support, Jbeamed, deatachable side trims, Jbeamed, deatachable spare wheel holder, Jbeamed fuel door Openable windows And more! Engines Coming down to engines there are two of them, 2.4 N/A diesel, and the best, most known for its reliability and power 2.5 Turbo Diesel. Comes with 2 turbo options one producing 102hp, and other 150hp. (Please, don't suggest any engines they take really long time to create). Spoiler: 2.4 Diesel 3D Model Engine Pictures Gearbox When it comes to gearbox, it will feature a 5-speed manual and a 6-speed racing manual, as well as a 4-speed automatic. Apart from this, there will be 4WD option. Other parts (a bit outdated, follow my further posts to see latest progress) There are also some higher trim parts I made, or simply aftermarket parts: Spoiler: External -Painted plastic parts (basically every plastic on the car included, handles, mirror bases etc. With exception for fascia grille and hood grille) -Smoked/Clear Lights -Blacked chrome (for now just badges) -Tailgate/Barn doors -Foglights -Scratch made tyres -Passanger quarterpanels Spoiler: Internal -Electric windows door panel -Automatic shifter -Automatic, Passanger center console -Navigation cover -Airbag steering wheel Why is the mod paid? Mod will contain various unique configurations (excluding the nearly identical ones differing only by transmission) I'm not going to list the configurations as some may change. 3 unique body styles (Or more) Cargo, Passanger and POSSIBLY Doka (Pick-up) are planned. Additionally, it will include heavily modified jbeam elements, some scratch jbeamed parts and of course completely scratch 3D model, as well the textures. Furthermore the modification will feature minor engine modifications (e.g. turbo), and various tuning parts beyond those in the base configurations. Q&A Q: Will there be a demo available? A: Definetely. Q: What about mod price? A: It will most likely be below €4. Q: Will the car have LWB (Long wheelbase) bodystyle? A: Sadly not. Q: Will there be ambulance config A: No, maybe after the release. Q: Will there be "X" bodykit A: Most common answer is no, I got at the moment all the tuning parts I want planned, although if I'll need help in finding some I'm gonna make sure to ask in the thread. Q: Wen relez?! A: This year. I don't know the exact date. I mean it should be quite obvious, yeah Also, some more pictures Spoiler: Tyres and Type 1 Steel Wheels Spoiler: Type 2 Steel Wheels Spoiler: Type 1 Aluminium Wheels PICTURE SOON Spoiler: Type 2 Aluminium Wheels Spoiler: Chassis
Nah, although I'll attach the uv Probably, yeah No USDM configs are planned at least on release. It's not the thread to talk about the next question, I've already explained everything in the Novecento thread
Nope, problem with this it's not like a simple car where you just rotate the dash, here I would have to rotate pretty much whole car which would take a lot of time and definetely would hurt file size of the mod. I could probably make the sliding door on both sides but for the pure european van experience I rather for it to stay on one side
you planning on adding the facelift front with or without the VR6? also will it have the syncro 4x4 setups? i figure the syncro stuff shouldnt be too hard to implement since you can probably utilize existing models and jbeam from other cars.
Even though you asked us to don't suggest any engines I....still going to say one thing......Please , please at last give us one petrol engine..... (Really like the van , but really don't want to drive a diesel.)
Yeah of course! There is going to be a petrol engine No facelift, VR6 like I've said not going to say anything about engines yet, and 4x4, like I've said in first post not sure if on release
