What mod is this?

Hey, I can't find this mod.

It looks like it could be an addition of a couple parts to the moonhawk, but I'm not sure. If anyone could find it, that would be great.

Edit: I was able to find the mod,

I was right about it being a modded moonhawk. It's a work in progress, so it's not released, but I'm exited for when it does.

I got it from the 1972 Gavril Bandit mod, It had a couple screenshots showing off the car, and it had that one in it
