Update Speculation thread

They had a problem with career mode thar kept crashing too

 

I'd expect a big reveal teaser today and update Thursday/Friday/Monday.

UGHHHHHHH I'm gonna have an elevated heart rate whenever I open beam.ng for the next WEEK!?

 

I feel like "hibernating" until the update come out. No work, no nothing, until i see 0.33

 

Imma say its out in about 4-5 hours unless something big was the problem before the last creator update.

Well, career mode was broken. I'd say that's pretty big.

 

Judging how not many mods were approved for today, I think we can expect the update today

 

the last four updates (0.32 0.31 0.30 0.29) happened on Tue Thu Wed Tue,and it's exactly 5 momnths from 0.32 today

 

You mean yesterday.

 

I hope is what it is. BUT it could just be Less mods made ( as modders know updates may brake there mods ) or maybe devs have no time fixing bugs. And/or the devs know some mods wont work soon so they dont post them,

OR it could be THE update is near.

 

Or that it is literally 7:37 AM in East Coast USA right now...

It's nearly impossible that there's only 4 mods/updates waiting approval

Yeah That's practically impossible. I may have even posted an update on my mod but I can't remember.

Since 0.15, the update release times (in GMT, so five hours ahead of you) have been:

0.15: 13:36
0.16: 15:41
0.17: 14:51
0.18: 17:02
0.19: 16:01
0.20: 14:17
0.21: 11:03
0.22: 16:10
0.23: 14:34
0.24: 19:30
0.25: 11:52
0.26: 14:55
0.27: 12:58
0.28: 13:30
0.29: 12:23
0.30: 10:12
0.31: 14:02
0.32: 13:42

So, if it's not out before 16:00 (4:00 PM GMT, or 11:00 AM Eastern US), I wouldn't count the update being released today. There's been only two major updates in the past ~6 years that have gone significantly past that time (0.18 and 0.24, both December updates), and they've also been releasing earlier and earlier (the past six major updates have all released at ~14:00 (2:00 PM GMT, 9:00 AM Eastern US) or before, with 0.30 releasing real early at 10:12).

 

if they always release the update during these times, then not today
