Have you tried launching the game in safe mode? Also, what are your computer specs, and do you have any mods installed?

If you have any mod installed move them from the mod folder to a folder outside of the game files like "Documents" do a "Deep Clear Cache" (on the support tools, part of the beamng launcher) and then try running the game again. If you don't have any mods do the deep clear cache anyway. Also i'd copy all the custom configs you may have in case the deep clear deletes them.

If that works was something probably corrupted or a mod making a conflict, if you had mods and want to try and use them install them one by one so you can check launching the game which one is causing conflicts.

Also if your pc is low end i wouldn't recommend installing very heavy mods nor too many mods.

ah. i've had this issue before, and it was all down to a badly made mod. i believe it was a gr yaris mod. so you're gonna have to identify the mod that's causing this issue. if you dont have any mods enabled, i have no idea what could be causing it

    hope i helped :D

i dont know for sure. you should try to disable it, and then restart your lua instance (ctrl+l), and see if that fixes it. just note that you might have more mods with this issue, so i'd recommend disabling all your mods, and then, one by one, re-enabling them to find out which mod is causing the issue
