Install RAR file format mod in to the game

Hi guys I’ve been bought some paid mods and they are in RAR file format and when i put the file in the game and it won’t work can anyone help please ?

 

You need a program to extract a rar file (personally i use 7zip), what mods did you buy? As its a little odd they came in that format

 

BeamNG compressed files (such as vehicles, maps, and the gameengine file) and mods should be in a zip format. Why creating a mod with the .rar format, who's dumb?

 

Yeah I just bought some random mods on Kofi and thank you for your help

Extract the file? Should just be right click on the rar file and press 7zip, then extract, make sure the mods directory is correct after you extract it though

I downloaded a .rar file and i have winrar to extract it all I need to do is right click it and extract it.
