It's not really speculation for something coming, but a wish I have. But I would love to see a wankel engine in game. I was hoping to see it with the BX-Series redesigned (although I was expecting it to not be there), but thinking about it I think Hirochi would be a better brand to introduce such a funky engine. They are quite focus on performance (having a race track in game to their name) and as the SBR4 or that they're the only brand using CVT (in a car) show they're not scared of doing weird design. Maybe if they ever do a SBR4 redesign there could be a custom built model with a rotary (but I don't know how well it could fit). But I think the best would be to introduce it with an early Hirochi car that would have competed with the Miramar and then you could do a follow up car and engine that would be 20-30 years younger (and this engine could be the one in the SBR4) Apart of that I was wondering if we have any news on tire thermals. And more generally the asphalt racing side of things.
The Pessima GTz variant is the Galant VR4 of the game, with the transverse 2.0 Turbo I4 and AWD/5-Speed Manual combo (even the Okudai RZ4 wheels it wears hint at it)! But I agree, the tuner aura is great to be spreaded to more cars! --- Post updated --- Tbh, I hate the Vivace sound being on the Pessimas. They're confusing my brain by having an engine sound that's 30 years younger and much more refined. Can't wait for the moment when the devs have an abundance of sound samples! Amen! I mean, that's the whole point of BeamNG, right? Designing cars that may be inspired by real-life vehicles and vehicle niches but they still have authentic characters all their own! Personally, this mix of real and fictional is what I truly like in this game and what I think is one of the biggest USPs of BeamNG. It's a real breath of fresh creative air! Not to mention that, being a car enthusiast myself, my brain gets sharper as I notice the real-life details spread throughout the BeamNG vehicles and, also, as I tell the various variants of each BeamNG vehicle apart (this has also helped me make my vehicle suggestions more complete and detailed)!
