one of the devs mentioned that they are working on a map that may or may not make its way into the game
The only thing that comes to my mind is the road architect tool for BeamNG.tech v0.32, but I don't know how much does it have to do with BeamNG.drive's new map topic.
Teaser tuesday. --- Post updated --- It seems like we are getting a sbr and mk 1 pessima remaster which is nice great work devs
Tuner themed update? I don't think we've seen windshield banners like that before. Edit: also noticed the red bucket seats in the Pessima, are these new?
I hope the eyebrows of the SBR will also be available in bare carbon fiber finish, because the hood and the headlights contact each other and it doesn't look that nice when the eyebrows are body coloured and the hood is bare carbon fiber, looks like there's a large gap between the headlights and the hood. Purely for aesthetic reasons this comment! Great rear wing though!
Remember what the developers said before? The 0.33 version of the update may not be very big, perhaps these two cars in the 0.33 version may just be a simple "Refresh".But in short, it's nice to see them get the love of developers again.
I wonder if more vehicles will recieve this new parts treatment or they will focus on the old Pessima and the SBR4 (and the T-Series as seen before)
I believe the 1990's Pessima is the only car currently in game with anything close to a windshield banner. It's great to see some new body kits on more cars coming without a full remaster; the increased customization is always great to see and a nice bonus for this update. I do love the look of the orange with blue pinstripes on the SBR, and that Pessima looks exceptional This makes the 4th and 5th recent addition to a car that hasn't but needs to be refreshed/remastered, which is odd (Moonhawk Donk/new engine, Miramar Canyon config, I-Series Gambler car, now these two body kits).
Maybe not in v0.33, but maybe in v0.34 we will see at least a refresh, especially for the SBR4, which currently has the palest front indicators in the game. --- Post updated --- These are recently added color variations of the NOMI racing seat.
The Pessima is giving me some serious Evo vibes, also very nice seeing the SBR getting some proper tuning parts
