Where did the Span Ai Option go?

So basically, I was reading a thread, and it told me to use the span option, which is located in the AI section. I basically looked, but I didn't see any option. I only see Flee, Chase, Follow, Traffic, Stop, and Random. If it still exists, where is it located? But if it isn't, what happened to it?
