it would be fire tbh, But it needs a custom sounding cummins engine like the old Tc2000 that got removed years ago from beam due to coyrigtht issues --- Post updated --- whats the discord?
The official BeamNG discord. Direct link to the message: https://discord.com/channels/710082165253079061/1150448043091579060/1221559367673974855
For me, it brought me to an unloadable page (on a alt account that wasn't in the server) that it showed everything but the stuff from the server, besides the channel name. but the server is the official one (which I was in on my main account,) and the invite code is https://discord.gg/beamng try reloading the message after you join and it should let you load to the message/server.
I used to drive this particular model, and I must say this mod is one of the best bus mods I have seen yet, the amount of detail especially is quite amazing. One quick thing I would like to mention (possibly for a future update) is the sound on the interior, I remember almost every bus of this particular model that I drove having a very noticeable whine when accelerating/decelerating, I never actually took the time to understand what made this whine (engine, transmission, turbo etc..) but I loved it regardless because each bus had a slightly higher/lower pitched whine and none were quite the same. Kind of like the vanilla Wentward's interior whine but lower pitched and much louder. Adding this specific sound is just a suggestion for realism, and other than that, this drives and feels almost identical to what I remember. Great work!
This scumbag: https://beamng.com/members/furrymanforme1976.617634/ has taken this mod and uploaded it to Modland (https://www.modland.net/beamng.drive-mods/buses/wentward-s3.html)
This "scumbag" at least credited the author, which makes it less scummy than the majority of users there.
hi. I was wondering if it was possible for the Wentward s3 on the repo so people can subscribe to it, I have a Gaming laptop, However lenovo released a laptop "for gaming" with specs that were 5 years old at the time of release, so I have to use GeForce Now, however, there's no way to download mods from the web and install them into beamng, because there isn't a file manager. But I can subscribe to mods in the in game repo, if you can't post it on the repo I understand, I get the beamng devs are a little iffy when it comes to real life replicas (1:1, not a body on a vanilla vehicle, just the same thing with a different name). I was just wondering if it was a possibility.
