It's been a while since my last scammer's mod review. Let's see how he hasn't improved while getting stupid amounts of money from unwary users...

Ok, first impressions are not good. Just one thumbnail, not done properly...and I can see two front plates at once. Uh-oh...



Hmmm...on load it looks...actually good! But wait. We know the guy. He knows how to make something look good from a distance, but the moment you start closing it, it falls apart. Let's do that.



And yeah. That was quick, the frunk is clipping through the headlights. Worst still, this bug can be seen in the official pics! And...wait. Is the frunk skewed? Yes, it is! He managed to replicate bad hinges, impressive.

And...what's that? Left mirror is fine, but the right one...where's the indicator? Is missing on this side! Plus, after spawning the jbeam goes crazy and the whole thing gets deformed and out of its place



Let's go down...oh, no Vivace rims! Too bad the brake clips through and the nuts are 1 km away from being centered. Rear foglights/reflectors are not there too, just a gaping hole.



Let's move a bit...yeah. More things clipping. Since he used a EV Vivace as a base (which is the correct base to be fair) as always he didn't care about joining it properly, if only he cared about making the old and new trunk bay load area join, at least it wouldn't be noticeable from the outside...and what's going on with the tailights?? It's a color pixel fest in there...

In the side, you can definitely tell the old Vivace and the ID.3 are fighting for existance, with many clipping issues going on. Oh, and not really pictured, but the rear wiper is gone too. And no trunk shelf either.



Since it's now opened, let's climb inside....and yeah, keeps falling apart. Brake pedal moves nicely, too bad the accelerator pedal is gone! Also of course, more clipping issues.

Headliner texture is awful, scale is off, and the bumpmap is too strong, but I consider that his signature, it's present in every mod he does. And nice, dynamic mirrors!......too bad the interior one doesn't work at all. And waaaait even more (12 hours by now with all waits combined) the indicator stalk has been broken off! Also not pictured, the steering is not centered while being turned.



Rest of the interior, well, seats could look nice if only he tried a good texture work, the pattern is very obvious and looks weird. Plus, something weird is going along the sides of the front seats, the headrest is connected to the seat in a strange way, that mesh have to be broken for sure. And yes, yet again yet another signature move, no seatbelts! Just the buckle part of them.



In the night well...those lights are projecting in a very weird way, and there are no lights for the rear license plate.



Crashing time. Surprising, it handles crashing decently, but of course he needs to cheapen out somewhere, so what about texture issues with the lights and infotainment screen?



Oh, I almost forgot. Openable doors of course, but the trunk doesn't work. It pops open, but doesn't actually opens (it moves more when unpaused, since the jbeam pushes it outwards). Trigger boxes have not been placed in the handles. Oh, and the doors will not close back after being opened too.



Of course, he advertises things such as 'Dynamic Mirrors Support for a more immersive experience', 'high-quality interior' or 'Adaptation to openable vanilla doors for increased functionality'. Yeah. Sure.

But now, the worst part. He asks 5,50 € for this mess. I'll admit is lees messy than previous scams, but 5,50? (Taking into account that no money should be charged for these kind of mods) But hey...sold 23 already.

127 € out of this alone. 1.272 supporters. 105 € in coffees paid. And I don't even want to know how much he earned from all the mods together...what the hell. People keep falling for it, but I guess most of them are little kids using their parents money to 'buy cool cars' and well...this kind of quality and features might be good for them, so sadly I think there's nothing to be done, I'll keep doing these reviews anyway, just in hopes anyone notices. And yes, as always I destroyed the mod, literally, after it, don't want this stuff even for free.

I'm just lost for words here. I wouldn't keep it even for free (again, I deleted it) and after seeing how awful it is he's willing to pay this guy +5€? I'm done.

Yeah but why buy it after Jorge pointed out all of its numerous flaws? I wouldn't want that mod for free, and modder clearly knows that it is a terrible mod, but they want to make a quick buck.

 

He obviously likes to be scammed and have terrible meshslaps with bad quality in exchange for outrageous prices, let him enjoy it. Some people's logic is illogical, so no worth discussing...again, if he wants a badly modded electric VW he could just find a leaked version just like I did, but he wants to throw money at the guy's face, so yeah.

 

To each their own, I suppose. It's not like we can convince them otherwise.

In all honesty you should start with something simpler than an entire car mod of very low quality like skins or maybe some parts for a car, the new bx remaster just came out maybe use your modelling skills to make some parts for it?
