Update Speculation thread

This is a painful puzzle of metaphors…

 

The way I took it was the 200BX is being entirely remade, not just remastered. Thus, the old 200BX being completely obliterated by the T-Series.

Though, that isn't to say they'll get rid of the current design. I imagine the remade vehicle will include both a coupe (first teaser) and a proper liftback (current design) instead of the weird pseudo-fastback we have now.

 

A more outlandish theory, maybe it generally means that they're done with 90s cars after this update, since this game is already pretty oversaturated with 90s stuff. That could hopefully open up possibilities of more modern vehicles (2010 and later) and older ones like a pre-war or WW2 era car/ truck, or a 50s-60s super land yacht with huge fins, lotsa chrome, and bigger than both the Burnside and Bluebuck

 

or it's just a way to show the new logging trailer and truck modifications with the remastered 200BX while being kinda funny

 

speaking of that I really hope they change the working name, like how the covet was changed from 'hatch' to 'covet'
those generic working names like midsize, fullsize ect.. always bothered me, at the least include something easy to recognise like a vehicle model name, chassis code ect..

 

But I am excited to see what they do with the current design given that we will now have a dedicated coupe bodystyle. I hope it resembles the 240SX with the wrap-around style glass. The current design always felt a little off to me with the odd proportions

I think it will change, I don't see any reason why it wouldn't

 

I doubt they would show the old 200bx in the teaser, it would be bit misleading and disingenuous, or that it wasnt a 200bx refresh/remaster

 

The headlights don't look bad, they actually were improved.
They are a lot brighter now

 

I'm not sure, actually. They might be the same old headlights, just the overall ambience in that teaser made the headlight coronas look brighter.

 

T series must have more coming for it looking at the tanks they look to be painted and from what I can remember there are only chrome at the moment

 

So yeah, we won’t have an update this month yet

 

well that much was obvious, an update right before Easter would be stupid.

I would like to hear your answer, dear developers.
I would like to talk about the steering wheel kickback and the behavior of the car in a skid, as if the car doesn’t have enough turnout. The speed of the car is too aggressive, after which the car skids strongly. II would like to see control like in the assetto corsa.

I play beamng exclusively on the steering wheel and see it as a full-fledged car simulator with the “possibility of destruction”

 

Currently it is referred to as "coupe" in the files.

Just started trying the t-series to casually play and it’s top notch. Really glad to see it expanded for a second update. Cement and logging transportation are for sure. Maybe a crane in the future. Just hope we don’t have an outcry claiming “every update is a truck update”, like we did with off roading (which was way over exaggerated imo).

 

And that update was 4 new trucks, and a new map so they didn't have much right to complain about that one.
