I think we won't, I do not remember update with so low amount of teasers, but maybe they do not want to overhype us anymore. Like doing so bring more damage (For example: "2015Player") than actual positives of such marketing.

 

I’m hoping if we do get a teaser next week, it’ll at least confirm whether we’re getting a 200bx remaster or a new car. Once we know that, we’ll actually be able to properly speculate.

 

I was driving around Hirochi Raceway and I noticed some stuff hinting a possible expansion

 

Well i think the T-series only had one Teaser so maybe just maybe its the same case, Maybe update is closer then we think,

What if it comes early April and the update creator branch next week,

Sure hope so i almost finished GTA 4 guess i will replay mafia 2 again lol

 

when do you guys think any modern suv will come out?
the newest one is the roamer, at 2005 ;( (not including tograc becuase that is some crossover)

The update lands during the last full moon of the 1st year quarter (Q1) of 2024, that's on Monday 25.3 - Tuesday 26.3. They'll restore the hoax-moon on all maps to please us flat terrain believers. They do this in every map, they make some roads that lead off the map so it looks like a part of a bigger world, but they block them off since you're not supposed to go there

 

what is more silly is that the moon does exist, and emits light, but it cannot be seen???

 

If you drive far enough on the gridmap, the quantum continuum breaks. Clearly they're hiding something...

 

Another crazy theory about the upcoming coupe. Maybe its brand is a luxury subdivision of Ibishu. Remember that in late 80s/early 90s, Japanese automakers decided to create upscale brands. Toyota created Lexus, Honda created Acura, Nissan created Infinity and Mazda was supposed to create Amati. So, we can imagine Ibishu doing the same thing, with this coupe being released under its luxurious brand.

 

Indeed, the moon flare has gone missing in 0.30, but going back to 0.29 it is visible.

 

This is something I've been keen for for a long time.

The Procyon is really good for a lore friendly modern SUV, but i do love the vanilla cars and I'd love to see what the dev team comes up with for a modern SUV.


On another note its awesome to see talk of drift specific content coming soon, posted by a dev in another thread but quoted here some pages back.

I think there is a good chance we may see some of this drift specific content with this next update if it is a 200bx remaster.

I come from drifting in Assetto and its the one thing that i feel has always been kinda mis represented in beam upto now. The vanilla drift tyres seem far too grippy paired with the drift steering angle being quite low. This makes the vanilla drift cars a bit of a handful and not really very approachable.

Drifting in beam can feel absolutely bang on, the AX35 steering mods made the biggest difference to drifting in beam for me and id love to see a vanilla steering kit with full adjustability. Itd be cool to have basic cut knuckle kits etc but the base drift steering is basically a cut knuckle and you could easily replicate one with a fully adjustable kit.

Really excited to see drift specific content coming and i have high hopes.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was multiple drift set-ups included in a 200bx remaster, as beginners have cheaper cars with less mods compared to formula drift cars that have custom made carbon fibre body panels, big roaring V8s, and custom chassis.

As for my own speculation:

I was exploring the tram system in WCUSA (the one that goes across the bridge) and noticed that it ends incredibly close to the new car park. What could this mean? More expansion in that area of the map to possible add a tram station. Would that include trams? Probably not. But heck, it's the update speculation thread, mind aswell share my latest discoveries.

Sooooo this is the base Automatic with steel rims/and/or Hub caps.


the 200BX was the most customization-able cars in the game. And most detailed for its time 9 years ago.

As much as i hope for a all new car. my money is on a 200BX total remake. I just hope it gets the I6. With a long lose.
Or at least the V8 swap that Gabe promised 9years ago.


As well as a 4 door skylineish thing lol.


BUT best dream would be

all new skyline type car.
AND 200BX remaster

2nd best is just new car.

3rd best and still awseome its just a 200BX reamake

they often go one update remaster then one update new car..

So this SHOULD be a ALL new car.

maybe new car shares platform with 200BX?
