Yes, its a side project for now, B50 didnt perform well in terms of downloads and this wont either and its quite demotivating putting same amount of hours and effort as in a full car project to get less than 100k downloads.
A lot of us appreciate the amount of work you put into the Bock. You always put out high quality stuff. Even if it isn't a crowd favorite, it is still installed in my game and I still drive the convertible irresponsibly.
In my opinion, downloads aren't everything. Plus, it has only been out for 1 month. Mods normally don't become massive overnight, and the top mods have been out for several years now. Also, timing plays into the factor of a mod's popularity. The reason why mods like the Serenity were popular is due to the fact that it was released during the summer and it was a new Japanese car that wasn't an econobox/sports car. The B50 isn't a bad car, but some people just don't like microcars.

The Bock Spear sounds like a pretty neat little microcar. Having a second seat makes it a bit more practical, and the smaller amount of room just adds to the charm of it all. It'll definitely be interesting to see how it compares to its one-seat counterpart the Bock B50. And from what I can see in those progress photos, the model looks pretty much complete. I can't wait to see what the final version looks like with the textures applied, and the GIF of the dome mechanism is pretty cool as well. Overall, this project is looking really good!
While I do not entirely dislike these japanese cars, I am happy that there is this old british microcar being developed. It makes for some variety in a mod repository dominated by 1990s JDM cars. To me, BeamNG needs more classic cars of different nationalities.
I just stumbled across this by accident and really hope that it will be released. I have a weakness for unusual vehicles after all.

I know you were demotivated because it was getting low download counts, but remember, not everything can be the next AW Astro

I remember him saying that he was disappointed by the download numbers and wanted to stop it if he was going to get similar results.
Honestly, it's still much more than I expected it to make, considering this is more of a novelty than a car people would actually use a lot. I very much enjoy having it in my game, but then, when was the last time you played with a Wigeon?
It's like when, in the time, MysteryMan was so happy to have 10,000 downloads on his Car Jump Arena (when now it has more than 2 millions). Yesterday.
