Yes, but that's not all that's up with the truck. It has something that I don't think has ever been done in BeamNG before. (hint: video title)
Im not sure why my tridem axle wont drive ive changed tranfser case and rear driveshaft any suggestions?
The tc62 yard mule is hard to maneuver on keyboard, the turning circle is too tight and it jackknifes a lot, I would imagine it would be a lot better with a controller or wheel, am I correct?
Hello! This 18 speed roadranger is amazing! I have just one question the range button( hold ) seems to be working just fine but the splitter (hold) button doesn't. Ive binded and unbinded it but didnt help much. Is there anything else I need to do?
Wheel/controller does help but it still is a very light and short truck. There is a reason these are only designed for use within a yard. What can help it out is 1. Changing rear suspension to air ride 2. Changing steering to dual arm and then tuning the steering angle down. The Road-Ranger needs it's own splitter hold binding which I forgot to add. It'll be in the next update
I managed to sucessfully create a tandem axle version of the TC62 "yard mule" (which would technically now be a TC63 "yard mule"), there's a potential idea for you if that helps any --- Post updated --- I managed to sucessfully create a tandem axle version of the TC62 "yard mule" (which would technically now be a TC63 "yard mule"), there's a potential idea for you if that helps any --- Post updated --- I managed to sucessfully create a tandem axle version of the TC62 "yard mule" (which would technically now be a TC63 "yard mule"), there's a potential idea for you if that helps any
I designed the thing so that it could be also used as a 6x4. I didn't add a config for it because 95% of yard tractors are 4x2 because in a yard maneuverability is key. Yeah. It took a lot of fudgery to 1. make an engine separate from the main controls 2. make it generate electricity.
Updates 0.33-0.35: 0.33 - Integrated Miata Lovers AWD mod into the expansion so it no longer needs to be downloaded separately - Added splitter hold bind for the roadranger - Added cut rear frame - removed Autoshift 0.34 - Added Electric drive motors with 3 different power variants. Can be mounted either in the engine bay or on each rear axle - Added 2-speed Axles for the Electric motors. - Added an electric generator powered by a Gavril TCM 8.9L engine - Added battery packs(Re-skinned fuel tanks). - 3 New EV Configs Notes: - Arcade mode doesn't work with the EV's - No j-beam for the rear electric motors - No hydraulics ran be run from the EV's(Can be run from generator though) - Generator and 2-speed axles must be manually operated 0.35 - Added Steerable Tag Axles - Reorganized Tag Axles to prevent clutter
is that counting diesel electric configs? And is a pure electric yard mule panned? --- Post updated --- If you are taking suggestions, may I suggest quad-drive?
