Definitely a Suzuki, I know those gold wheels all too well. I'm guessing its an early LT230GE (mid 80s). I don't know why it has a blue seat. I do know that Suzuki did offer a bunch of rack options (or a lot of manufacturers) made aftermarket ones. My final guess is the 230GE

1963 Honda super cub. And yep, a built predator 212. Nothing too crazy. billet rod, aluminum flywheel, 272 mongoose cam, 26lb valve springs. should be able to rev to 7k with the right setup but with the small sprocket i'll probably only turn 6 or so before the load gets to it.
it's not really powerful nor sporty. but. going to finish some bodywork/paintwork/mechanical work and then it's getting a wrap. fun little guy.
is it a 340 2t? i feel like a lot of these old snowmobiles had absolutely batshit insane 2 stroke engines all the time, lol. those big multi-cylinder 2ts are pretty popular in drag racing i think. also here's the update on this
