Definitely a Suzuki, I know those gold wheels all too well. I'm guessing its an early LT230GE (mid 80s).

I don't know why it has a blue seat. I do know that Suzuki did offer a bunch of rack options (or a lot of manufacturers) made aftermarket ones. My final guess is the 230GE

I knew it was a Suzuki.
The photo was taken in the late '90s.
    Thanks for the help!

    (Yes, that's a 1951 Hudson Hornet on a '76 Blazer frame. Not a 'Step-Down' Hudson anymore.)

1963 Honda super cub. And yep, a built predator 212. Nothing too crazy. billet rod, aluminum flywheel, 272 mongoose cam, 26lb valve springs. should be able to rev to 7k with the right setup but with the small sprocket i'll probably only turn 6 or so before the load gets to it.

is it a 340 2t? i feel like a lot of these old snowmobiles had absolutely batshit insane 2 stroke engines all the time, lol. those big multi-cylinder 2ts are pretty popular in drag racing i think.

also here's the update on this
