So, i decided to recreate the "accident" scenarios you'd see within the game (accident the game, not the word)

Thomas and Karl Fischer

Two Swedish brothers on vacation in Italy.
They are the first on the scene, and the
victims lifes are now in their hands.

Andrew Matthews

A 19 year old international student who fell
asleep at the wheel, due to fatigue after studying.
His condition is currently unknown.

Igor Mikhailov

After swerving to avoid Matthews, the 78 year
old hit the stone barrier. He is suffering from a
heart attack, and it's up to Thomas and Karl
to save him.

Lorenzo Bengotti

Saw Matthews too late to correct himself, and
lodged his car on a rock. He is disabled, as well
as a medical student, so he'll have to wait until
rescuers arrive to be freed from the car.

What should the Fischer brothers do?

Agreed, 'Motion Blur' in Screenshots would be fantastic....maybe in a future update...nice Mod
