The wheels on this Volkswagen Passat B3 mod don't really know what they are. It's one of those mods that are tied into an official vehicle so it freaks out everytime you load up the Grand Marshall.

this mod is from 2022, but I found a mod with exactly the same model, but for GTA San Andreas from 2011.

 

It seems to use a model from Juiced 2: Hot Import Nights.

 

I saw an interview with the author of such mods, and he said that he takes models from gta mods. Perhaps the author of the gta mod took the model from this game.

the guy that made it is an 11 year old and got into an argument with crash master
and then he started being racist towards him and literally said "sorry for racism but i was mad" in his crash master expose video (which he now deleted)
he even got into an argument with him and 2 other people in modland comments lol
