BeamNG is controlling my throttle input on G920. It will register my throttle anywhere between 4-70% and I cannot control it. I checked GHub and saw that there is throttle input, so I thought that it was a software issue, however, this doesn’t happen in any other games, so it must be software related to BeamNG. Here’s what I’ve tried for trouble shooting so far:

    • Replicated the issue in safe mode
    • Uninstalled and reinstalled GHub/Logitech Gaming Services
    • Inverted axis off/on
    • Disabled/enabled HID G920
    • Removed G920 driver and reinstalled
    • Updated PC Software
    • Updated G920 firmware
If you’ve had this issue or know a fix, please let me know, I’d love to get back to playing!

Disable combined pedals and then try it. Combined pedals creates an issue similar to what you described, or at least it did, for me a while back. Also check your controls in BeamNG. You might need to change the acceleration deadzones a bit. It could also be an issue with the pedals themselves. If they stick, whether from dirt or grime or whatever, that could cause the issue you're describing. I have a few more recommandations but I'm relatively confident it's combined pedals because I had an issue that sounds exactly like how you describe. You can disable combined pedals from the Logitech G-Hub app, and it will stay on even if you do a fresh reinstall or update of GHub, so that's probably why doing a fresh reinstall of GHub didn't do anything for you.

My combined pedals are off. I think it’s a software issue with Beam as I cannot replicate it in other games.

I'm using a Logitech G920 right now in BeamNG. Works fine. Perhaps you have incompatible software or maybe a mod is causing this issue. Do you have any other devices plugged in? Are there any mods that might be messing with the throttle? And my final recommendation would be to switch your profiles in GHub to a new profile instead of the default one and then trying it.

I’ve run the game in safe mode with no mods, and I have nothing else plugged into the PC other than a mouse/keyboard that I’ve ruled out. I’ll try making a new profile and see if it works.

It's very much possible that your pedal sensor is obstructed or broken, in which case you have very few options:
    - clean the pedals (either by unscrewing the casing and removing dust or by using pressurised air)
    - buy a new set of pedals
Other, older racing games may have anti ghost-input software, such as waiting a few milliseconds before actually registering an input. BeamNG doesn't have this.

Well, he did say BeamNG is the only game with this issue, so it's probably software related.
