Just use the mirror modifier within blender, select the mesh and hit the modifier button and find "mirror", Im not sure if you need to apply it before exporting as a dae (im not a modder lol, i just know blender sort of)
Here’s the exact combo: Select fender, Shift+D, right click, S, X, -, 1, Ctrl+A -> All Transforms, Tab, 3, A, Mesh -> Normals -> Flip, Tab, Ctrl+S And you have the other fender! Now to break it down: Select fender, Duplicate, right click to cancel any position change caused by moving the cursor after pressing Shift+D, Scale -1 along the X axis, Apply all transforms, Go to edit mode, select all faces, flip their normals so they shade correctly, go back to Object Mode, and save file. Oh, and of course, if the axis that splits the car into left and right isn’t the X axis, then press Y or Z at that point where you press SX-1
