Hi. I'm hoping to change the opening wastegate pressures of the turbo by ESC mode, but have no idea if it's even possible.

just like how the drive modes work.

Any ideas? Has this been done before? I also know variable Stage turbos exist but I believe those you can't actually change the pressures unless you open up the menu and vary the boost yourself which isn't exactly what I'm after. This is for a high-performance street car in which everything should be mostly taken care of, though I'll certainly look for other applications if I can work this out.

    Doesn't Bastion do this?

Yeah, and the Procyon Centauri mod has a thing with Comfort disabling the turbo or something.

yes but that is the drive modes and I want it for electronic stability and traction control
for example the d-series don't have drive modes

I believe there isn't a difference, you can simply add empty drive modes with turbo tuning only.

bastion has caged mode which "closes exhaust valves" and lowers max pressure of wastegate

And it has Savage which has boost even higher than with ESC disabled.

ESC&TC is the same thing as drive modes. That’s just how it is in Beam.

I know this thread is old, but can somebody tell me how to change turbo wastegate pressure in different drive mods? I've found how bastion does it, it only works with a supercharger and uses a variable called "bypasspressure", which i can't seem to find anywhere else, not even in the bastion engine files...

I think the Vivace has a system like that, sport mode has more boost than comfort mode

I'll try it out, thank you!

It worked, thank you very much! Do you know where i can look up all the variables that i can use in drive mode tuning? Once again, "wastegateoffset" is not mentioned anywhere else, other than in that file...
@Diamondback the code is yours, maybe you can help me out with this one?
    Thanks in advance!

The reason for asking is I'm also trying to set different rpm limits.

If you look in the drive modes Jbeam you can assign a boost offsey for each drive mode, you can also make more if you’d like. It’s a really cool feature and I use it all the time! If you need any help lmk and I got you
