Depends what you want it to be. If you want the song to not infinitely loop, set it to true and input how long the song is in the variable for it

I just told you, do not touch that comment. Please actually read the tutorial. Only un comment the line with the file path.
If you’re done and it works, pack the file again.

 

why should you pack the file? will it not corrupt the mod?

 

Simply so it takes less space on your storage medium. That’s all. Also to allow to easily update it without first deleting the unpacked file..

hey i cant find the radio.lua file



this is the best i can find, "gavril_vertex_radio.lua" but it doesnt have the "custom playlist" stuff and ive been looking around for solutions for abt an hour and a half. thank you and have a great day

Hello so I am doing exactly how it is, but the song thing on the second playlist is limited to 10, but I want to add more songs than that. What do I do?

 

There are some comments in the code. Go to the very top, there is a variable which you can adjust to increase the maximum

 

Done that. But one more problem. When I place all my songs exactly like you explained, but when I launch BeamNG, the Gavril Vertex just disappears from the vehicle catalog.. I used Notepad++ but I was kinda lazy to screenshot what I had changed on the radio script so I didn't unpack it and opened it with normal Notepad instead.

(i really need to improve my handwriting in terms of writing with virtual pencils)

 

Your mod file probably is not packed correctly or in the correct folder

 

ohh crap.
I am very much sure that i packed the mod correctly. I uninstalled it so many times but no results. I used Notepad++ for that.

 

What do the console logs say? Maybe something about the lua is broken

 

How do I do that? I'm kinda new to BeamNG.Drive.
