A thread dedicated to the favorite cars of the world. My turn: 1989 Mazda Miata/MX-5 Why: A fun and classic sports car
1976 Dodge Royal Monaco Brougham sedan It's a Chrysler product, it's a sedan, it's a Brougham, it's cool, it's big, it's burgundy, and it's my favorite vehicle ever. I can't exactly explain it, it's just so cool!
The most common transmission was the 3-speed automatic, but it could be ordered with either a 3-speed or 4-speed manual.
obvious things like the LFA, Murcielago and Carrera GT aside, one of my favourites is everyones favourite french blob that I have probably talked about enough at this point. Have a picture of one anyways. I know I'll get my head chopped off with a guillotine if I continue on about french cars, so here's a last one. Does this count? Very happy with my own diesel square I keep mentally circulating back to french cars please help These aren't fast, but they look really good. Shame they're pretty pricy and being a 90s japanese car they rust like untreated metal on the bottom of the pacific ocean. This one needs no introduction. uhh really, I belong inside a dang insane asylum at this point
I don't have any specific favourite cars, but I like hatchbacks, 4-door saloons (sedans), and estate cars (station wagons) a lot.
Now, i love it --- Post updated --- Why would you have your head cutted off for continuing on french cars
because this thread has shown me with what passion the people here hate french cars despite most likely never even having seen one irl
I know saying this is very dangerous, but: I LIKE PEUGEOT I KNOW THEY'RE NOT GOOD CARS I KNOW THEY SUCK BUT I LOVE THEM AND I DON'T CARE IF YOU DO NOT
The more i'm thinking of it , the more i realize 97% of the people on the thread are 'mericans . I Do a 2.0 thread --- Post updated --- Not talking of French cars (why do you like them btw?) , i'm talking about french
I like Peugeot because I kinda like the look of them and they're one of the only car companies with not all too ugly EVs... French people: eh. (As a German, I have to be cautious about that... ) I mean, they're alright ig, but most French people I met in France weren't really the nicest (Germans aren't really the best either, I prefer Hungarians they're the coolest Europeans I met so far)
I genuinely don't know why especially americans hate french things and people so much. Like yes, haha funny ew french, but some people actually think that.
I think it's mostly because many Americans visit France and their not-so-European behaviour is often not welcomed by the French. But jokes aside, of course I like French people, why shouldn't I?
I don’t really understand those folks either. I’m American, and the French played an important role in the founding of my country. Everyone goes on a vacation to Paris, too, and I’ve heard that y’all Europeans don’t take kindly to dumb tourists, which includes most Americans going on a vacation there.
