Maybe a reference to Armadillos? It kind of is the closest animal to the VW Beetle's shape that isn't the beetle. Actually, there's an extinct kind of armadillo that lived in South America that was as big as a Beetle. In Brazil we call it Tatu Fusca, which means Beetle (the car name) Armadillo
Not bad, but that would be the English version of the name. The problem with the VW Type 1 is that some places called it Beetle on their language, other places gave it a different unofficial (that later became the official) nickname, like Brazil, where the pronunciation of Volks as the time went on, changed to Fusca, which became the the official name of the Brazilian Beetle on the 1980s (before, it was called, officially the VW Sedan). But good luck finding a good name for it
Armadillo sounds right in Spanish. The Mexican Type 1 was sold as the Volkswagen Sedán and is lovingly nicknamed the "Vocho".
as long as i can make my future beetle I'm chillin', also that yellow rally beetle (That reminds me of the GSR) would be super sick i that lil thing sounds soo mean. but yeah, the more configs the better but with such a long range from the 1938 German beetles to the 2003 Mexican beetles try not to over work yourself.
Yeah thx for the advice i will try do what i can do, im also making this project not only because i like it but something i can learn.
